Profile Verification. We prioritize authenticity & safety. Members must confirm their identity through our multi-verification process to earn a Verified status & then become a member of Freya's Chalice.

Our mandatory multi-verification process is aimed at fostering credibility, safety, and trust within the community to the maximum extent reasonably practicable.

Gifted Shields / Shield Wall. Member feedback adds another layer of confidence.

• A member's "Shield Wall" indicates that other members may have met/chatted/viewed their profile and had positive interaction or impression.
• Member Profiles with multiple shields tend to signal stronger reliability & desirability.

Blocking. Not every interaction will be a good fit.

• If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the block function immediately
• Blocking removes their ability to contact you
• You remain in full control of your interactions

Reporting. Freya's Chalice enforces strict behavioural standards.

• Report any harassment, abuse, or suspicious activity
• Moderators review reports and take appropriate action
• Maintaining a high-quality environment is actively enforced

Be aware of typical behaviours associated with scams or bad actors:

Requests for Money.

• Claims of financial hardship (rent, bills, emergencies)
• Requests for assistance or direct transfers

Rule: Never send money to another member

Gift Card Scams.

• Requests for gift cards (e.g. gaming or retail cards)
• Often paired with fabricated stories

Rule: Treat all such requests as fraudulent

Moving Conversations Off-Platform.

• Early requests to switch to apps like WhatsApp, Snapchat, etc.
• Reduces accountability and moderation oversight

Rule: Keep conversations on Freya's Chalice until trust is established

Suspicious Links or Emails.

• Unknown URLs or requests to click external links

Rule: Do not engage; report immediately

Freya's Chalice is about mutual respect and consent and we expect our users to:

• Not send any explicit content without prior consent.
• Always obtain consent before sharing intimate images or initiating sexualised interactions.
• Understand that consent applies at every stage, including messaging, media, and video interactions.

If You're Not Interested.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully
• Avoid ambiguity to prevent misunderstandings

If You're Rejected.

• Accept it without pressure or persistence
• Do not attempt to negotiate or demand explanations

If Behaviour Escalates.

• Block immediately
• Report if necessary

You may, at your sole discretion, consider adopting some of the tips set out below if you decide to meet someone you have met online in person.

First Meeting Protocol.

• Meet in a public place
• Do not go to a private residence initially

Stay in Control.

• Arrange your own transport
• Avoid relying on the other person for rides

Manage Alcohol. Stay aware and in control of your decisions.

Inform a Third Party.

• Tell a trusted friend where you're going and who you're meeting
• Consider sharing live updates if needed

Trust Your Instincts. If something feels off, leave immediately.

Freya's Chalice maintains zero tolerance for:

• Harassment or abuse
• Coercion or manipulation
• Fraud or deceptive conduct
• Unsolicited explicit content

Members are expected to act with respect, awareness, and accountability at all times.
