Freya's Chalice is dedicated to maintaining a safe, secure, and easy-to-use environment for all members. We may edit, decline, or remove any image at our sole discretion and are not obliged to provide reasons or enter into discussion regarding these decisions.
Please ensure all uploaded images comply with the following standards:
Age Compliance. Every individual shown in any image must be at least 18 years old, or clearly appear to be so. Images containing anyone under 18—even unintentionally in the background—will not be accepted.
Clear Identification. You must be the primary subject of your images and clearly visible. Photos submitted to your public gallery must include your face and/or body.
Animal Harm. Images featuring deceased or harmed animals (including hunting or fishing scenes) are not permitted.
Illegal or Harmful Material. Content showing drugs, drug use, weapons, violence, or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited. This includes depictions of extreme or harmful acts.
Non-Personal. Do not upload images of celebrities, cartoons, memes. Photos must feature you—not objects or unrelated content.
Copyrighted Content. You must ensure that any photos you submit are either owned by you or licensed to you for use on this platform. You must not upload any photos that infringe, or are likely to infringe, the copyright of any person or organisation.
Private Albums. Intimate or explicit images should be uploaded to your Private Album. We may edit, decline, or remove any image at our sole discretion and are not obliged to provide reasons or enter into discussion regarding these decisions.
Single Members. You may only upload images of yourself. Any other individuals appearing in a photo should be removed. Images containing others may be declined.
Couples.
No Contact Information. Images must not display phone numbers, email addresses, websites, or business promotions. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Watermarks. You may include a watermark using your Freya's Chalice username only. Images suggesting third-party ownership or copyright may be declined.
These guidelines are designed to protect the safety, privacy, and overall experience of the Freya's Chalice community.
